Saving J launch ‘Valentine’

It was already mentioned on the KKM homepage earlier this week,but Kilkenny-based alternative pop-rockers SavingJ launch their brand new single ‘Valentine‘ in CrawDaddy tonight.

Last year, the four-piece received nationwide exposure for their debut offering ‘Bus Stop’, and it looks like 2008 is going to see their success continue. The new single is currently at number 3 on the BeatFM Fresh 30 (I think I’ve heard it on the radio everyday this week) and it’s now available to buy on downloadmusic.ie.

I met up with SavingJ for a photo-shoot about two weeks ago, and they’re obviously no strangers to working with photographers, we spent a couple of hours snapping away. It’s been a while since I’ve gotten to do a posed shoot with a band and after this one I’m looking forward to doing some more over the coming months with several bands lined up.
