A little of this and a lot of weird!?

I started back to college today, my 3rd and final year studying Communications and Public Relations in I.T Carlow. It was kind of disappointing to be back there to be honest. The summer flew by so quickly, between working with KilkennyMusic, Devious Theatre, Itchy Trigger Finger and everything I could fit in between, it was a hectic summer of working but ultimately doing things I love doing.

I’ve got some pretty cool subjects this year, the usual Visual Communications, TV Studio and PR stuff but I’ll also be doing Cultural Sociology and Contempory Irish Literature (hmm, at least I hope they’re cool subjects!?). I was a little worried about end of year PR campaign projects and dissertations but I’ve come to the conclusion that most of them will be done with KilkennyMusic and the music industry in mind, so hopefully anything I do will actually be put in place to add to our list of services and outputs here at KKM. One of these will include the KilkennyMusic Street Team.

I’ve had people constantly asking about the Street Team since we first mentioned the idea and it’s great to know they’re people wanting to take part. I’m not going into any details yet but I assure people it’s coming! Sooner or later! Just give me a little time to work everything out and then get the ball rolling.

On the forums today, Ray pointed out that he discovered one of my shots when he was “going through a lesson plan some science teacher up in dublin is using for secondary schools and he’s using this photo for and explanation of reflection.” I’m waiting to hear more back about it from him.

This is the second very random use of one of my shots I’ve seen in the last week! I’ve discovered one of my shots, ‘In Dreams She’s With me‘ on this blog which appears to be in Spanish (I think)!? No idea why the shot is there or what its say’s underneath!? If anybody can translate then please fill me in!?

Okay, it gets weirder! As I looked for the link to the above mention blog, I discovered another one using the same picture!?! This time it’s on top of a poem!?

What the hell is going on!? Who are these people!? It’s great that they are using my work but it’s still nice to be informed when somebody uses your work! I finally truely appreciate the fact that before I upload any of my pictures I watermark them all!? If anybody discovers any more hints that I might be becoming a world famous photographer or just a victim of copyright infringement then please let me know!?
