So what do you listen to when your driving?…….. I know we all have different taste in music and i have found that a lot of people listen to music in their cars that they would never listen to at home. The reason im curious is, I myself just got a car a few weeks ago and it has a tape deck as i cannot afford to fit it with a nice mp3/cd player yet. So i then had to turn the house upside down to find some tapes. After a long search i managed to find The Offspring’s Smash album, it was certainly a case of long time know hear but i soon found that it was a really good for driving because i got that nostalgic buzz!
Has something like this happened anyone else or does everyone have nice fancy cd players in there cars?
Im sure im not the only one out there who had to be reminded of my terrible taste in music in my early teens…………… am i?

16|Apr|2007 1You want me to make you a little mix tape for Paco? You know me and my driving - anything goes. I’ll admit though, the music depends on a combination of things.
A ) Whats the weather like outside…
B ) Who is in the van / car with me…
C ) What time of day is it?
Like, a roaring sunny day I’ll blast steel pulse out of it, or maybe a little of The Police. Long drives I’ll throw on a rock playlist, night time I’ll go for something a little more trancy (faithless / the animatrix soundtrack / peace orchestra). Morning driving maybe something light - Guggenheim Grotto, Sia, Zero 7 etc. nothing thats going to melt my brain in the 2 minutes it takes me to get to work.
Then ‘Passenger’ comes on and all hell breaks loose….
