If the Sub City gig had been today I would have been a bit suspect about its cancellation, you know, the whole Friday the 13th buzz. But can you honestly say you’ve had an unlucky Friday the 13th in the past? If anything, they normally prove to be good days, whether in the office or music-wise. It would be a fine day now if someone happened to announce that The Police were actually going to play Croke Park on October 6th, or that Thom Yorke or Def Leppard would be added to the Electric Picnic bill. Madness? I think not…
